"My first contact with Polar watches and the application was at university 12 years ago. It is fascinating how the visual representation still motivates students to really stay with it! During all this time, nothing has changed, only the technology has continued to improve. 

By using the watches, it is also easy to get away from the typical teaching in blocks - we do gymnastics, or we do athletics. For example, the teaching objective for the coming weeks can be to train endurance. So instead of sticking to just one sport, you can change every lesson as long as, for example, the pulse is on average over 120 at the end of the lesson. With a projector, you can even top it all by streaming it live on the gym wall! This gives the students more opportunities to participate and enjoy the lessons. Just great!"
